Where to live in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur KL)

Montkiara:
International School
2 years ago my real state agent was in love with Montkiara, she was so persistent about Montkiara that finally I decided to settle there. This was a very wise advise here is why:

Security:
Montkiara is one of the safest places to live in Malaysia, there is restricted access to this zone and every night there are random police check in points to keep this place away from problems.

Access:
There are 3 main roads to access to Montkiara each one connected to main high ways to be free to use them in case your normal rout is jammed.  Main roads: Jalan Duta, Nkve, and E23 to penchala link.

Convenience:
You can find several shopping malls with overseas restaurant chains and supplies. Hartamas Shopping C, Solaris Dutamas, Solaris Montkiara, 1Montkiara, Montkiara shopping center.

Schools:
You have access to international schools in a short distance: French international School, Gardens International School, Montkiara International School.

Medical Services:
Specialist clinic Global Doctors is located in Montkiara. Also you can get Pantai Hospital in around 20 minutes drive.

Traffic Jam
Traffic jam is not bad, or not as bad as in Bangsar o Ampang, still you can move.

Transport:
15 minutes drive to KL Sentral, 2 routes of RapidKL connecting to LRT, and 1 executive bus line going out from the hearth of montkiara to Singapore.

Kiaraville:
Kiaraville is a nice place to live with children and kids, there is a family ambient with several expatriates living there.  Pool is the best around this area even some neighbors visit kiaraville residents to get access to this pool since is clean and sun is shinning over it most of the day. Some other places are not so lucky: Villaseana, and others. Other amenities: SPA, grocery shop, Restaurant, nurseries.

Bagan Sea food --- Port Klang River

My favorite!  Fresh Fish next to the fishing pond!
I love this place!  I am coming  here very often, you should not miss: Tom Yam Seafood, Siakap Fish:Sweet and Sour and Steam fish Thai style!.

Excelente!!!

Chinese Food in Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur has very good Chinese restaurants available everywhere. For all kind of budget and preferences. Actually I was living for 33 years in ignorance about what is Chinese food  I hope I have taste enough to say it right.

Well ladies and gentlemen Chinese food is not really "China in the Box" brand or Mexican Chinese restaurants adapted to the popular demand. Maybe something similar that happen when people thing about Mexican food is Burritos and Chile con Carne (By the way I haven't try this before).

Chinese food is sophisticated and strong it might require a lot of experience and practice to be ready for the whole amazing flavors on it.

I have experienced following:
Hilton KL Sentral Chinese restaurant (Woooww) they even have Tea specialist serving with the long jar with traditional movements.

Hartamas Shopping center Parking entrance restaurant (Hartamas Sea Food and Steam boat), It is close home and food is nice.
Grand Imperial Chinese Restaurants, nice food but I cannot enjoy this with my children jumping all around.
Puchong chinese restaurant in front of IOI mall (I dont know name), eat all you can for a fee. It is so popular that it is not open during weekends !!!

Tehos  Bak Kut teh (Klang) (Well Chinese Malaysian)

I love Dim Sums !!!

And Ying and Yang Steam boats!

Ohhh Caracoles........Ohhh ssiii..........Si hablou Español

Fiesta and Malaysia

*Note

It is very interesting to know that the word Fiesta is used also in Malaysia for same meaning and purpose as is used for spanish speakers.

I don't know if this is because old heritage from those days when Melaka was named Malacca?

Cheers!
